Mapping Middleton Golf Course - SkyDroid

Could someone help me out? I'm playing Middleton Golf Course in MA tomorrow, and I need someone familiar with the course to map it out, or point out where each hole is so I can map it out. The app I'm using is SkyDroid and the link to map it is here.

Par 3 course with greens literally next to each other. No map needed, but I ended up mapping it anyway after playing there.
