Not sure where this should go but... Are there any websites out there that one should check out if thinking about visiting a golf/vacation resort? We've been thinking about heading out to a lot of places but some of the top choices at this point would be - Las Vegas, Phoenix, Orlando, or Myrtle Beach. I'm sure she has more in mind but these are the top picks right now. Just need someone to point me in the right direction when it comes to gathering info for something like this? Thanks.

There are lots of different websites out there - just do a search for golf resorts and your location and google will do the rest. You can also find some good information on this forum about specific resorts. There is a website http://www.fodors.com/news/story_1834.html which shows the top 10 golf resorts ever (in their opinion!)

I booked a golf vacation in Las Vegas through golfzoo.com and was pretty pleased with the results. When I spoke with the booking agent, she seemed to be knowledgeable about the courses there, so if you don't have a particular course you want to play, I think the booking agent might be able to give you some recommendations.

I don't think you'll get any screaming deals, but I was satisfied overall.

I've used them a half a dozen times... especially during non-peak. Recently we (2 people) just stayed at the Ritz Naples for four nights with 3 rounds each for $850.00 total.
