A local store has a Cleveland CG14 56* wedge used in Good shape for $32. Just debating it because the SW in my Bag now is 55*. would anyone buy it and use both the SW and the 56*, or buy it And only use the Cleveland wedge, or not buy it at all given The 1* difference?

I wouldn't spend the money simply  because the grooves on the CG14 are non-conforming and the yardage distance wouldn't be that different so it would almost be like you were hitting the 55 degree. That's just my personal opinion.

See, thats what i was thinking. I know Cleveland makes great wedges which is why i was considering it, but then i thought about it and its not much different from anything i have so.

Don't be concerned about the pre-2010 grooves unless you're going to play in national-level USGA championships. The average golfer can use the pre-2010 grooved clubs until 2024.

Now, the CG14 line got reloaded last year with "TourZip Grooves" which are conforming. These wedges have "Tour Zip" on their heads, and generally have gel inserts which are black rather than original gold. You could play these after 2024, but would likely wear out the head in the sand well before then.

I know a club repair instructor who carries two 56* SWs, but with different head designs and shafts. One is low bounce (used as more of a LW) and the other is high-bounce (comes out of bunkers).

Any particular problem with your 55*?

Focus, connect and follow through!
