Hi all- I just ordered new I20s with DG X100s and I'm a little worried about the stiffness and if I can handle them. Yes I did get fit and the X100 produced great numbers but I'm still worried.

I have been playing AP2 710s with PX 5.5s and was thinking I needed a bit stiffer in the I20s. My average swing speed with the i20 with X100 during my fitting was 80(7iron)with my AP2 it was 82(6iron). Anyway I think I can still change the order no problems as I just called it in to my fitter this afternoon.

So- here is my questions- What do folks think about soft stepping the X100s to bring their frequency down to 6.5 which puts them right in there with the PX 6.0 with a heavier shaft.

Any info tonight and tomorrow would be great so I might be able to change this Monday am

thanks- Dale

I just dropped my i20's off to get re shafted,  im getting Rifle Precision 5.5.  But I bought them 4 months ago knowing I was going to get them re shafted.  Ill let you know how they turn out.  and my fitter is going to lighten them up he told me Ping built them in a D9 swing weight and that is not what I ordered.
