Dorsal ganglion cyst

Hi, I'm right handed and have a cyst on the back of my right wrist. I think it's restricting my hinge as my swing hasnt felt right. Has anyone had this same problem? I've read it could take
5 years for this to go away on its own without surgery. Any suggestions? Thanks!

 it will reduce in size with rest,  ice and ibruprofen.   the pocket will always be there without surgery. the size will vary depending on use.

Its not gonna go away. Listen to me, I had that issue and dealt with it for 3 yrs until I got it removed in August. My wrist still doesnt feel right and is not flexible at all. But the good thing is, it forced my swing to be a lot smoother and fluid cause I physically cannot swing too hard anymore. Its great.
