Centrifugal forces just after impact

Just after impact (full swing) I am feeling like the club wants to fly right out of my hands and towards my target. I am hoping others want to share how they feel the weight of the club head just after impact ?.

Also if i had to mark out of 10 just how much i feel the club wants to leave my hands i would say about 7 or 8 which is quite high i think. How would you rate out of 10?.

That doesn't really happen.... it's an illusion created by the camera... basically, the camera records images from top to bottom, so by the time it finishes the club has moved that much further and it makes it look like the club is bending...

 

Here are a couple of photos for you, both at the same point as the one of Tiger above... the first is McIlroy swinging a fairway wood and the second is Charlie Wi with a driver... neither of these show that kind of distortion because they were shot with high speed cameras so the images were recorded faster and avoided the above problem.

I don't feel that the club is going to fly out of my hands at all. I feel like I'm in control of it versus the opposite. So...1? 2?

Really, i don't feel much of the club at all, i'll feel impact, but i wont feel the club trying to pull me, its not that heavy

 

The club were i can kinda get that feeling is the wedges, they are way heavier, and i can use that to my advantage to hit soft shots, just kinda let gravity work and let the clubhead slide under the ball to hit a softer pitch, a little more arm swing than body. But besides that, no, i would say 0.5 :p
