Beware

How did it crack? I bought an R11 driver; the 10g weight was stuck. TM cust service replaced it, no questions asked...

i've had a similar experience as the previous poster. i did purchase my club through a pro-shop, though, and i returned it through the course. while TM was sending a new club, i used the defective club until the new one came.

if you purchased the club through a retail store, i would suggest taking it back to them.

I cracked a Taylormade driver several years ago that was slightly OUT of warranty. I brought it back to the shop where I bought it, Amd TM replaced it.

It was  a complete misunderstanding.. Taylormade replaced the cracked head once we got it straightend out.. I will definitely stay with Taylormade golf in the future..

Kudus to you for coming back and retracting your assertion. Alot of people would have just left the condemning post and moved on.
