I'm looking for a practice routine or schedule to help make sure I'm getting good practice done and not just hitting balls aimlessly. Does anyone have any routines or schedules they work on regularly? Short game, irons, driver, anything will work. What do you guys usually work on when you practice? I'd like to find some sort of good short game practice routine if anyone has any. Thanks

Check out the Swing Thoughts section of this forum.  There are several threads that discuss how to practice.  The members also offer their routines for improvement.  I have linked to four of them below.  Enjoy.
