Depends how much you want to spend.  I got a set of knit covers from JuJu, one of which is a hybrid, and they are awesome.

I got a set of hand knit head covers for Christmas from one of my sisters.  She knit in a contrasting stripe on each cover, from one to five stripes, so I have one for each of my three woods and two hybrids.  Remains to be seen if they will improve my game.
