Big difference Tour Edge Bazooka ht max - Cobra s3 max game improvement

First of all, hello to all and my admiration to this forum! i am from Spain and there is nothing no way near as this forum in my language.

As the forum, it is also hard to find good set of clubs at good prices like in US, so im buying one abroad.

Im looking for a game improvement set, and after researching in this forum, i have a question:

I have found the Cobra S3 max irons set for around 270usd, and Tour Edge Bazooka HT max (3 and 4 hybrid, 5-PW iron) for 177usd.

Prices are with shipment included.

The question is, is there really a big difference as the price says? Theres not really a lot of info about the bazookas anywhere, and in this forum when someone asked, they reccomended others..

what is the better choice? thank you very much for your time

Cobra are a well known golf club manufacturer. Rickie Fowler, amongst others plays their clubs on the PGA Tour. Although I haven't ever seen the S3 Max irons so I can't offer you any information about them.

I've never heard of Tour Edge, so they're definitely not a brand of clubs on a level with Cobra and other known manufacturers. That doesn't necessarily mean the clubs aren't any good, but unless you had a good reason to believe they're going to work well for you (ie. you've already played them before) then I'd steer clear and pay the extra for a known brand.

Thank you for the reply. I hadn't heard aboutTour Edge either, but saw them on a Golf Digest magazine thread about game improvement sets, and looked them up online, saw they had a fairly "cheap" price and coming with two hybrids, kept them in mind.

It is impossible to find them here in any store to try them out, so its a bit of a gamble to get them, so i might as well just get the Cobra's.

Whoa now be careful when you say they are a "cheap" brand...Tour Edge is a more affordable version of Tour Edge Exotics and they are very much known and make very good clubs.  TEE are definately as widely available as other brands but they are still very good sticks.

Also forgot to note in the prices i mentioned, that the Bazookas are a 8 stick set, and the Cobra's, 5 stick set

I've seen nothing but fantastic reviews for these, but are they worth the extra $$?

I don't know about the other clubs you talked about but I can tell you the Cobra S3 Max are a great game improvement clubs, I have hit them. I don't think you will go wrong with them. IMO. Callaway if also a great club.
