Hey guys, I have a quick question for anyone out there that has struggled with this and been able to overcome the dreaded reverse spine tilt. I recently had an online swing evaluation and it was noted that a have a reverse spine tilt, causing me to fall back on the follow through and also be inconsistent with my iron game. I was curious if anyone out there has any good drills or thoughts to help fix this. I also have a little early extension going on, but I believe that is a result of my spine tilt.
