Hi, welcome to the site.

Would like to see flare your feet out so you can turn more on the backswing. Having the lead foot turned out will also help you get more weight forward on the downswing which will help with your fat/thin misses.

Thank you so much for taking a look and for the advice. Excited to work on that this evening. So I need to be able to turn my shoulders and hips more. I am leaning way forward on follow through and often feel off balance. . Is that a problem?

The head leaning forward happens well after the ball is gone and it's just a reaction to some of the things that are going on with the downswing. Improving a golf swing is managing a priority list so I want to see how much the feet flare changes things.

Better! Keep that right hip moving up and AROUND more on the backswing.

Thanks so much I will work on that. Also looks like my head is dropping a good 4 or 5 inches on backswing

Yes, that's related. Turning that right hip up and around will lessen the drop.
