Finally Got a Thin Wallet

There are 6 credit card sized cards and 8 bills and it’s thinner than my old wallet empty and it’s got RFID protection. We’ll see how long this holds up. Pretty nice to have a smaller thinner wallet although theoretically easier to lose.

    • It's definitely on the light side. From the research I've done, putter heads tend to fall between 290-340 grams, with the heavier end becoming more and more common. I like a lighter putter, but if I were to make this in larger quantities, I would probably add about 50 grams back in.  I'm tooling around with a version that has an aluminum insert and a much bigger body, so that I could get more mass in the heel and toe, but I want to finish this iteration first 
    • FWIW my putter weighs 616g all together. Grip, shaft, etc. about 200g out of that. 296 is light.
    • The end goal is to make a putter -- past that, I don't really have any expectations! I like making things, but in my professional life the work I do doesn't really have an end point, and having project that I can "finish" has been a lot of fun.  I definitely agree RE: the specialness of any particular putter. I like the design I have and I think it'll look cool when it's done. But who know! I might hate it when it's actually out in the world. I've got a few friends and family who want one a
    • Looks are how a player aligns the thing. Looks are quite important to a putter.
    • I agree. Looks is really the only important aspect. Looks most likely translates to how a player says it feels nice. Just my opinion.
