Hi everyone

Its taken me a while to post my swing video and I look forward to comments.
I've been Playing Golf for:
 1 year
My current handicap index or average score is: NA
My typical ball flight is: slice for driver
The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is:  I have a chicken wing problem, as evident from the video of my front swings. I seem to do Ok with irons, but my hybrid and woods are terrible.

Thanks in advance for any and all comments/suggestions.

Cheers

Subhro

More rotation, left shoulder going down more…

Check out some of the videos there, especially early on.

Thanks for your reply Erik!

The day 2 video is exactly my problem. I'll work on the drills you suggested.

I'll also go thru the entire 30 day series that you have so kindly created, there is lot to learn there.

@iacas checking in with an updated video. I tried to incorporate some of your drills ,and my ball striking has shown immediate improvement. Long way to go, but for newbies like me, I'll take whatever I get 🙂

Good. Now feel a bit more "into the ground" during the backswing. The left side (left hip, left knee, left ankle a bit) go into flexion a bit rather than everything just kind of "standing up" as you rotate.

More of the airplane wings drill, for example, or some of the shoulder tilt drills with a focus on the lower body.

Yeah I'm trying to reduce the flex on the right leg so that i can flex the left more and get the shoulders down... it's feels almost like turning a corkscrew. My hamstrings are really tight due to a history of running, so they doth protest too much when i rotate.

Thanks again for your comments!
