I've been Playing Golf for: 10 years, 25 years ago
My current handicap index or average score is: 90 - 100
My typical ball flight is: fade
The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: Fat, or off the toe

Disclaimer, neverminded the pile in this video, other than my swing.

It was alarming and easy to see what shape my swing was in when I saw it too the first time.

I have some work to do indeed, and I have already taken some very basic notes from this site to bring with me to the driving range next time out. 

I have no plans on taking lessons, or lofty goals set, (no sixes!) so fire away!

In addition to what @iacas mentioned, the drills in this thread are an excellent place to start.

When you film again, please hit a ball. We swing differently without a ball. Even a foam ball would help.
