I think i'm going to get a taylormade rescue hybrid, but I'm not sure what loft. The distance that is empty right now is about 190-210. I have a 3-wood that I hit fine, and my next club is a 4 iron. So, do you recommend the 19, 22, or 25?

Also, check out this auction...looks legit...thats where I"m thinking about buying it. Seems like a great price.

190-210 sounds like a 2 iron...i would actually recommend the 16 degree..it replaces the 2 iron--i have a 15 degree callaway x 3 wood--but i have the 16 degree taylormade rescue mid because the shaft of the hybrid is also shorter....the 16 degree kind of acts like a 4 wood...this i may recommend to you...best wishes

"People think the size of the head is most important. Wrong. It's getting a quality shaft. test different shafts to see which goes the straightest. Also, more degrees of loft on the head is better than less. Eleven degrees is about right."

I would say around 180-190? 190 if I hit it square...

Really? Sounds like a 4 or 5 iron to me. It could be a strong 3 wood for others.

I have a 3 Hybrid and I hit it 215-225. I would normally hit a 3 iron 210-215. I would see if you could demo a hybrid and see which loft fits your gap

Most hybrids do have a draw bias, but the Adams Pro series and the Taylor Made TP series hybrids do not. I would think the Titleist hybrid wouldnt either, but Im not for sure.

I am a Taylor Made guy, however, I don't like their rescue clubs, I bought a Cleveland HALO 19 degree 2 Iron Hybrid, it's a great club, felt much more solid and loftier than the TM rescue or burner rescue. Plus because it is a 2006 leftover, the club was only $80. It is good for around 225-230, nice and straight.

They have them in 3's and 4's as well....

I want to pound the MEATHEAD & The METROSEXUAL from the Slazenger RAW commercial..

I too recommend a 22 as it will give you the flight and distance.

Good luck!
