haha, thanks! i love my 2 iron. especially off the tee on a short 4! moreso then anything people are amazed i hit it straight EVERY time. ha!!!!!!!

Yeah, but it's straight. 1 out of 2 ain't bad at all.

If the stars are aligned I can get my 21° hybrid 200+ with a little roll, otherwise it's the 18°

My calculated carry distance for my 5i is 195...what this means in my yardage book is that is if I hit it sweet it will go 200 and it I hit it okay (toe or thin) it will go 190...I am currently working on my swing (with a Pro) and I am looking forward to hitting it more consistently 200 yards...

Who knows. Ive hit everything from my 18 degree hybrid to a 6i from that distance. It all depends on what I have in front of me. But hypothetically on a flat lie with no wind I would probably use a 4i.

depends on pin placement, wind, elevation, and obstacles. probably my hybrid most times, or if there is lots of wind with no obstacles in the way i'll choke down a three-wood

      Day (2 May 24) - somehow I missed posting both Tues and Weds practice sessions - so the streak ends and a new one begins…. Focus today was on ball first contact using the Divot Board for reference.   Worked with 7i, 9i and GW hitting hard foam balls.  Started hap hazardly and then settled back into my pre-shot setup.  Much more consistent in the latter.

      August 2010 Woodfin Ridge 18th hole Playing in a large tournament with a slew of friends and the last day was two man best ball. The 18th, when it was bent grass, was very fast due to a steep slope on the right side. I had seen many people over the years putt off the green from above the hole. I hit a great drive and 3W to 30’ left of the hole. With everyone watching my partner hit it way too fast and never high enough and his ball rolled all the way to the bottom of the green.  I hit mine much higher and the ball came to rest about 20” above the hole. Then it slowly started trickling towards the hole for a walkoff eagle! Nobody said anything except my partner who was yelling pretty loudly. I looked at the crowd and told them it was okay to clap because it was a great putt, and they gave me a bunch of polite golf claps and brought me a beer!

      Day 127: 5/2/24 Stack Full Speed spectrum training session 6/24. Training speed was 5 mph higher than previous high, as was e-speed. Still not as high as I have done in previous programs, but just 1 mph lower. Battling through a neck issue, and possible trigger fingers. Happy with results.
