At setup and throughout the entire swing?

Both, but mostly at setup.

Get the center of your pelvis over your ankles.

Adam Porzak (instructor) talked about this a lot.

What are your opinions of a hip bump at address (with lead hip). is it something you teach?

He doesn't in this video. I'm talking about heel-to-toe balance.

You're in your heels a bit, with your arms hanging inward, though unlike most you stay in your heels a bit and pull back to give your arms more room:

Good for an 18 looking to be a 9, not great for a 9 looking to get to scratch.

If your hips are too far forward and don't have a little "flow" back, it's tough to get them going forward in the right dimension, at the right time, etc.

Never really noticed the arms at address. Interesting.

ok, so hips over ankles and arms less inward at address should help to give me room to swing without having to back out.
