So i thought of this when i was reading through the "stay away from the range" post.

When i was learning i always thought that i would waste the good swing on my practice swing. So i stopped taking practice swings and would just go up to the ball and wack away. It became so ingrained in me it became habit. Now that im in the mid teens with my HDC i have to remind myself to slow down take a practice swing or two... work on my pre shot routine. Its amazing on how much better i do. Im not really certain the point of this post... Just wanted to share...

Yep..it relaxes you. I make a few swings behind the ball while looking at my target. I dont really pay attention to what kind of stroke im making, its just a physcological thing I guess.

I have noticed that John Daly does not spend alot of time over the ball. I guess that the Jack and Coke keep him pretty relaxed.

slow down in the preshot routine and in the swing itself, my problem...love to RIP IT!!
