Evening all, for a while I’ve had an issue with freezing over the ball and unable to get a smooth takeaway. For a while my coach had me looking at the target and then as soon as I put my eyes back to the ball to just swing. This seemed to free me up a bit and have a chain reaction to start the swing but has anyone else heard of this as I was told recently it looks so weird.

Not weird. Just keep moving. If you don’t stop you can’t freeze.

Yeah, it’s keeping the momentum so as soon as my head goes to the ball the swing starts like a sequence of events.
