Day 153 (02 Oct 24) - More work with swing tempo today w/7i. Worked on staying fluid and not over firing in the downswing. As it was all backyard work, stayed with hard foam balls. -

I love my ASICS running shoes so much that I wear the Gel Ace Pro golf shoes. Love the style, comfort, the fact that they are waterproof and I like the removable spikes. I also have a pair of Ecco, can’t remember which model but they are spikeless and very comfortable as well. Not quite as stylish as the ASICS. -

I wear minimalist zero drop shoes daily. Really helped my ankle strength and balance. I hardly ever sprain my ankles anymore (been years). Truelinks are my go to golf shoe. I like their Knits as a daily shoe. -

Yea I’m the same way. All their shoes are pretty good but I just like the OG and their derivatives so much more. I’m probably just going to stick with them from now on. -
