I watched it. It's good. Glad he didn't have to talk about "rock". 🙂

The pelvis peaking after the torso is interesting. You don't see that too often.

I have watched it twice.  Opened my right foot a little today and had my best approach shots in quite a while!

I watch a lot of mytpi. Some of the best instruction on youtube imo. It amazes me how many pros struggle with early extension. I thought that was a problem reserved for us amateurs and hacks! Lol myTPI has helped me assess and address my mobility and strength issues as well as my release and early extension. I love this level of detail...I feed on it!!

I can see how some people might not think or know it is how they are pushing against the ground that causes your hips to spin in a certain way. It makes sense when he describes torque. Also, that PGA Tour average is like 2x more push with the left leg than the right leg.

Yea, if someone is very right side dominant, or just has a weakness in their left leg, they could struggle with early extension no matter how they try to keep the tush back. Even if you feel your left leg extend, if the direction of the force is not pushing the hip back and up behind you, it can push your leg back and away from the target more, which is not ideal.

Pending muscle weaknesses and mobility, I almost feel like early extension is solved at this point.

The difference often is… good players will EE during the downswing. Bad players often EE in the whole swing.

It's 2x more because there's a lot more weight on that leg. You've moved over that leg. That's all.

This was so good. For me, the best little bit was the visualization of the club under Wyndham's feet when asking him which direction he feels pressure and weight shift (around 30 minutes in). Might try out the right leg back drills to help post up on the left leg earlier.
