Day 12 (2 Jul 26) - easy day focused on setup for flighted pitches with the Pw - low spinners for good hop and stop action. wrapped up session with a few rolls of the ball with the putter - tempo (tick-tock) and controlled backswing/follow thru on the mat. -

Day 301 7-2 Went back doing some flow and wrist arching work. Hit foam balls and recorded. -
Best nine hole round. Just playing a cut off the tee. My mantra is be patient at the top of the swing. 5/9 GIR with 5/7 in the last 7 holes. 50% scrambling.
