Mizuno on tour...

Everyone knows that Mizuno makes a very fine iron and wedge line, but why arn't they used on tour as much as others? Mizuno not willing to fork over the money to have many pro's play thier clubs? Are Mizuno used more on the the Nationwide, LPGA, Champions, Euro or Japanese tour?

I'm making these comments after reading this article

PGA Championship Club Count Mizuno numbers are not very well supported, just looking for a reason or idea why....

Yeah, for some reason they really disappeared after 2001 when they were the most used iron on the PGA Tour for 8 straight years. Even then I'm not sure how many of those players were sponsored by Mizuno. Their website lists the following as current Mizuno PGA Tour players: Luke Donald, Bob Tway, Billy Andrade, Jeff Sluman, Grant Waite, Chris Smith, Danny Briggs, John Riegger, Phil Tataurangi. They also have 8 Nationwide Tour players and 4 Champions Tour players.
