You really need to work on setup and weight shift. Make sure that you don't lift up to start your swing. Work on turning your shoulders to get the club back.

Post another video once you get this down and I'll add in some more.

Well if you're doing everything the same in your yard and on the course, I think I can help. First off, you may want to change to real golf balls...I know thats a bad joke but I couldn't resist.

I'm not the one to give tips - but you bring the club back at a pretty quick angle (nothing wrong with it). Make sure you're keeping the clubface square at the moment of impact, and not trying to complete a "half circle" with your club face too quickly - meaning make sure you don't turn it over too quickly.

I am NOT saying you are doing that as I'm not a teacher - but I know thats a problem with many who have a similar backswing - that may be something to watch for.

I have been working on my posture. I think this is a little better:

I bolded what looks or sounds sort of wrong.

Some people can get away with that quick inside move. I would rather see you take it straight back with the face square to the line for at least a foot. I find the longer I can hold a straight takeaway the easier it is to get the my swing on a more vertical plane. Your current move is fanning the club open ("half circle" too quickly) in a low position that gets behind you really fast. Do you push a lot of shots? When I advance it manually (and the ball is right over the right side of the 'a' in play) your hands are behind your body when they are waist high. I think you need to still be a little out front at that point. I don't think you don't need to hinge quicker - that looks just fine. Get it to the top more vertically. Let the club should hinge near the top and point down the line like you are doing. Oh, the second video is the same as the first.
