Just think what would have happened if he got rid of the driver and went with 3W and 5 wedges?

Didn't a guy named Mickelson try something to that effect.
You don't know what pressure is until you've played for five dollars a hole with only two in your pocket - Lee Trevino

I give Tiger all the credit in the world ( he is the best) but you have to wonder if Tiger was playing against the guys Jack did, guys like Trevino, Palmer, Player, Watson, if they would give him (Tiger) all the second chances his challengers today do ( for ex., I wonder if those players from Jack's era would've missed that little putt on 13 on Sunday that Rocco missed. Sometimes, and this doesn't happen often, it seems that Tiger is able to win because of all the second chances he gets, how his challengers don't seem to seal the deal very often. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying this win (or any major victory) for Tiger was easy or lucky (seriously, that would just be stupid), but when you give Tiger an second chances, he will take advantage of them almost 100% of the time, especially in majors.
