I finally got properly fit for my irons. I need to have them bent 3 degrees upright. Is it safe to assume that I should have my wedges bent the same? Thanks!

That would be typical but some golfers swing wedges a little differently and because of so many partial shots you can't be sure.

I think Stan Utley's new short game book suggests wedges flatter than the natural progression of your wedges... That might be something to refer to.

My clubs were done by a custom maker and they just progressed the lies to the gap wedge and then kept them the same. They didn't add another 0.5 degrees of lie angle between the gap and sand, or between sand and loft.

The generic advice that some sort of dynamic lie angle test is really the best way to know what is optimal for you.

I'd be interested in seeing the performance differences between stock and fitted wedges, I'm 2 flat but my wedges are straight off the rack and I cant complain about my wedge game

I'm pretty accurate and my spin rates are right where I want them

I like having a wedge lower than my pitching wedge because you never know when you never that high lift, like when you're stuck in deeeeep rough. That's just me though
