Am I Crouched Too Much At Address???

I just took some video of my swing, and I have never seen any of the pros bent over this much at address.

You do look like your looking over top of the ball, try backing up your stance to more straight up a bit, of course not all the way lol. But it does look like your looking right over top of the ball and having your arms tight up to your body.
