Last night as I was cleaning my clubs, I didn't notice that my taylormade r7 7iron slid under the couch. I was watching tv aswell, and when I went to pick the club up by the head, the shaft snapped. Now, I'm without a 7iron, and i will need it replaced soon. Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Seconded.

Just replacing the shaft would most likely be a lot cheaper than trying to find a single 7 iron

Take your 6 and 8 iron along with the head into a good golf repair shop and have them reshaft the 7 iron. They should measure the 6 and 8 to make sure they get the right shaft length on the 7 iron. Do some checking with various shops around you....they may have the same shaft that is broken.

agree with the above.

But first, Call Taylormade Support and see if you get lucky. Just tell them that the shaft snapped. Many companies will replace these things for free. It's definitely worth a shot.

I agree with the others who said just get it reshafted. As long as the head is still good, there is really no sense in buying a new club.

Call Taylor Made and they might replaced the shaft for free and my second option would be to reshaft with an identical shaft.

I had a two ball putter that the white material wore off and Callaway replaced the putter for new one with no charge, I forgot if I paid for shipping.
