Need Advice...Nickent 3DX Utility/Fairway Wood

I've been looking around trying to find reviews on Nickent 3DX Utility Hybrid/Fairway woods. I seem to go through a few rounds at a time where I struggle to hit my 3 wood off the fairway, and I've been thinking of trying out the 15* 3DX Utility club. I'm thinking it might be easier to hit since it's got a shorter shaft...do any of you currently use this club, or have you in the past? I would appreciate any opinions about this as far as ease of use, distance and control.

I don't have the "utility wood" but the ironwoods, which are smaller and a little more like a hybrid. I love these clubs, high launch off a tight fairway lie, very forgiving. I too struggle with woods and really love my clubs. Thinking about getting a utility wood to replace my 3 wood too. Where were you thinking of buying them from because I can't seem to find them online or at the local golfsmith store.

Yeah, I know about the iron woods, those are great hybrids. I am going to get the 3DX RC hybrid in the next week or so. As for the 3DX Utility club, you can find them on Ebay. I'm still hoping to hear from a few people who may have played them, just to hear what they have to say. I know they were on the Golf Digest Hotlist in '06, so they can't be too bad.

The utility woods are versitle clubs. They easy to hit from the tee box and from the fairway. I have a 17* and use it instead of a 5 wood. I also own a Mizuno (flyhi) and Bridgestone J36 and like the Nickent the best.
