I had tried the Sabertooth out a few weeks ago and really liked it. Well, today I had the chance to tryout the White Hot Tour #1 and I also really liked it. I putted just on one of those little things they have setup at Dick's, so it's not like it was on a real green, but they both felt good. Problem is, now I have no idea which to get and am going back and forth trying to decide. I can find both of them on eBay for relatively the same price or darn close to it.

I just wanted to get a few opinions from people on here that have either used either of these putters or just want to give me an opinion.

I'm torn!

I would go for the #1, i'm a fan of the classic blade style putter. The sabertooth is just too ugly and cumbersome for me. Have you visited the odyssey website? You type in your personal style and measurements and it suggests a model for you.

I LOVE my sabertooth and the odyssey site tells me the same.

I'm right there with you. I'm torn between the Sabertooth and the TM Rossa Monza Spider, but I'm leaning towards the Sabertooth. I also want to try the Rife 2 Bar Hybrid. In your case, if you hit them both well, it just comes down to whether you want a more traditional blade-style putter or a crazy looking mallet.

I like my saber tooth a lot. Try and hit them back to back and see which you sink more putts with, which you're more confident with at address, and which weighting you like better. A lot of people are turned off by the saber tooth's look, but if you can get over it it's a hell of a putter.

Just got back from playing 27 today and not only did I play terrible overall, but most of my putting was atrocious. I'm using a blade right now and granted it's a crappy one, I putted pretty darn bad with it. Definitely think I'm going to grab the Sabertooth.

    • Project Hail Mary - Eagle. Loved the book and the movie. Saw the movie twice in the theater. Disclosure Day - Birdie. Just saw it today. Acting is superb.
    • Courses naming holes like Augusta and Shinnecock do is pretentious wanker bullshit
    • :sigh: LMGTFY: The normal range of motion for knee flexion is approximately 135 to 155 degrees, allowing for essential activities like walking and sitting. For knee extension, it typically ranges from 0 degrees to about 15 degrees of hyperextension in some individuals.
    • The course is playing tough. We’re only about 50 miles away. It very windy here and going to get worse. They’re all dressed like it’s the British Open!
    • Have posted in a while or practiced for that matter. Dealing with a few medical issues. But I was able to practice and film today. I’ve played 5 times this year. Misses have been pulls or heavy shots. I feel this has a lot to do with my lower back issues. When I feel good, I get good rotation and I hit the ball well. Today I felt good. Hips and lower back felt nice and flexible. I worked mainly on the hands feeling from the top. The club head should feel like it’s going down and away from the ball and target at the start of the downswing. The right knee should stay a little flexed at the top. These are the only swing thoughts other than high hands (arms going up) I’ve been focused on. I did PW, 6 iron and Driver today. Here is PW. The hands look better as does the knee in the rehearsal. The knee gets more straight in the actual swing.   My left arm is not straight at impact, which it has never really been. But that’s not the focus of this practice.   6 iron looks better than last time. Driver also looks better than last time. Playing tomorrow. Hopefully my body will cooperate.
