New clubs!

So my clubs were scheduled to be here today. I went to the bank after work all excited for what was soon to be. I pull into my driveway and i see nothing, however i cannot see my entire porch as i pull in. I think to myself "They could be tight to the door or on the back." I glance at the back as i get out. No clubs.

As i slowly approach the door, i see the Fed-ex posting on my door saying they need a signature.....
Now i have to wait until tommorrow! This is a load of bologna!

I'm also waiting for a long anticipated club to arrive....it's killing me, too.

It was fedex and they had a thing around my door saying they missed me and left a place to sign.

I always wait until the day my stuff is out for delivery and then I find the carrier and get it from them. But that is the benefit for living in a small town and pretty much knowing what time of day stuff is suppose to be delivered. I did that for a club I got last week and will do that for a club I am expecting on Monday

I live in a generally small town but we dont have a fedex anywhere near here. And ups comes around at 3:30 when it does.

FedEx here doesnt even knock most of the time, let alone want a signature. Sometimes I open the door, and a package is sitting there. Once I had 300 dollars of computer stuff ordered from NewEgg.com, and it was sitting at my front door for about 36 hours begging to be taken, and I live in a apartment complexed so I was ticked off. Better a note than seeing someone playing your clubs I guess.

I finally received my clubs and i went to the range. And i must say, these clubs are pretty damn great.

They are by no means game improvement clubs. They are cavity backs with a very thin topline and they give a very good amount of feedback. It's not a STINGING but its there. You can tell as soon as you make contact. When you hit a good shot you hear a pleasant "thud".

The hyrbids were very up and down for me thus far. I only hit them on the range and i CANNOT hit anything on the range. The 4 Iron wood was great, however the 3 ironwood was hard to hit and confused me a little bit, but i was on the range and on the course it'll be different.

I can't really comment on the driver as i can't hit any driver


Overall a great set and i can't wait to hit them on the course.

Congrats. I hope your wait wasn't too long. I waited 4 1/2 weeks for my AP2's to get here. Each day that went by reminded me of Christmas time as a kid. The day they arrived was like Christmas morning all over again.
