..I thought there was some kind of security for people travelling on Greyhounds. If not I can't believe they don't.

Even if there were, the killing would have occured. Its was a random attack... on a sleeping civilian. Maybe the level of blood and sheer violence would have been less, but the surprise would have still been a surprise.

If there was security checks/etc. prior to getting on the bus I doubt the guy would not have been killed..like I assume metal detectors/xray machines (for baggage) usually pick up on a Rambo knife (which I read the bad guy had).

yes he had a knife, he cut the f&**ng guys head off for gods sakes (after stabbing him 50 times) ....apparently he literally ran around the bus holding the guys head untill the cops got him and took him to jail...

He hasnt even said a word about why he killed the random stranger... and yes i fully agree that metal detectors before getting on a bus would be a good security measure

BUT PLEASE NOT TO THE EXTENT OF FLYING...

imagine going through the security routine for taking a bus that you have to do when you fly..that would be a nightmare.

He was not sleeping, he was listening to music. texting to his ex-Girlfriend.

My Theory is that this killer is a real jittery guy. The kind of guy thats get mad and goes nuts over the smallest things. I think he heard the guys music and got real angry that it was too loud, or he saw something that the guy was texting which got him angry. I'm sure they will have security now.

Is there a psychiatrist in the forum? Geez. Maybe youve recently seen The Dark Knight... thats a ver Joker-ish thought.

    • Day 18: 2026.01.20 Continuing work on arm raise during backswing. Starting to feel less weird, especially the slower I go. Looking like a busy week so might be the weekend before I can hit some balls.
    • It’s possible the graphite shaft has a small internal crack or a delamination. Tapping it and hearing a vibrating sound is usually a sign the shaft isn’t behaving as it should. Since the store wasn’t helpful, consider taking it to a club fitter or a pro shop that can check the shaft flex and integrity. If it’s defective, you might be able to get a replacement from the manufacturer.
    • It’s interesting how much a 3D system changes your understanding. Observing top players in full detail and realizing the trail knee shouldn’t fully extend is a great example of why being open to new info is so important. I like your approach: not trying to be “right,” but trying to teach correctly based on actual evidence. Makes sense why golfers would benefit from this perspective.
    • I would say both are equally not the best for golf. Is it better than nothing, sure.  Golf is an athletic motion. Professional golfers are doing a comprehensive workout routine focusing on strength, power, flexibility, stability. They might include some yoga into the routine. I would put both of them in the recovery bin, not golf enhancement bin.  If you want to increase swing speed, core strength, longevity in golf and life, then lift heavy weights.
