A friend of mine gave me a used Tity 975D with original headcover. It's in overall 7/10 shape, but has some bag chatter around the hosel area. I went to the Kelly Blue Book of used golf equipment prices, Ebay, and I couldn't believe how cheap they're going for. The cheapest one I saw was $15 (but not including the shipping..which was another $14..lol).

Here are a few pictures:

So, the dilemma now is sell it where after I ship I come out a few bucks ahead, keep it, or "donate" it? If you read one of my last posts, "donating" always ends up as a positive factor in contributing to my golf "ho" reserves..I'm sick.

Donate! Specifically, to a junior golfer who might not be able to afford a new driver and who is probably playing with one that's 10 years old.

Here is a good article about tiger going back to the 975d when he was first making the switch to nike. http://www.golftoday.co.uk/news/year...3/woods46.html

I'm with iacas though. If I have something of no use to me I'd rather donate it to someone who will get some good use out of it. Espically if I could only sell it for 15 bucks. The smile you'd get from some kid at the range would certainly be worth more than that 15 dollars.
