They will end up playing the Pistons in the 1st round and nearly got swept last year.

Celtics repeat. Defense all the way.

Their record may not be as good as last year, but the C's should repeat.

Celtics will repeat in the east without any problems. There really isnt any threat posed to them as long as they can stay healthy. Their offense is top notch and their defense is as good as you will see. Out west, now that's another story. The Hornets are solid but still lack the necessary experience to get them over the top. The Blazers will be good but not anytime soon. Way too young and inexperienced. Dallas is a has been and so are the Suns. Shaq is 80 and will be lucky to get 25 minutes a game. San Antonio will always be around come April as long as they can stay healthy. Which now leads us to the top three legitimate contenders to play the Celtics in the Finals:

Lakers
Jazz
Rockets

Anyone of the three can win the west.
