point 1: i work 8am to 5pm
point 2: i make only $11/hr
point 3: i support my baby and her mama and the bills. the mama pays for food with state food stamps.
point 4: i called to make sure, and they dont charge to practice putting or pitching.

so,
the cart guys, the cashier, and the director have seen me practicing as early as 545pm weelky when i go. the cashier swaps days with the cart guy to pick up flags. they always chat with me and ask if they can pick up the flag now. they close at 6pm. paid players remain on course when management leaves, naturally. they dont and cannot charge after 6pm. FORCED RESTRICTION TO PLAY DOES NOT BEGIN TIL 8PM, this is when the security personnel arrive in uniform for overnight patrol, i know them too. so u guys think its wrong for me to play 4 holes when there is still sunlight left? or are u just having fun poking at me? as a matter of fact i am going today just like yesterday.

what i ment by "the cart guys like the way i hit" can better be translated by instead of them saying " hey u didnt pay get out of here" they say stuff like "nice hit dave, better than yesterday"

ps
will reputation points get me frequent flyer miles? lol

Dave, I feel for you on the monetary front. The fact is, it doesn't matter if you've got a kid, and the mom pays for your child with food stamps. It should MOTIVATE you to get your ass into a better job at the very least.
And if you're working till 5, then playing golf after till a little b4 8, where's the time for your kid?
I'm not being critical, but you played yesterday & again today.... those priorities seem a little....well i'm sorry to say, out of order.

If my kid's mom couldn't afford to pay for food, etc for my child...then Id have to consider a career change.

This is a SAD ass fact that I hear a lot..people complaining about how much money they don't have..the situations they're in... instead of playing golf after work, take out a loan, go to school and get a degree so you can provide for your kid in the future.
If you're making $11, you can qualify for financial aid.
If it's really that bad, there's scholarships for the less than fortunate.
take the time to research that homie. it's for the good of the family that you have & the future of your child. STrive for something big & it'll happen. don't try to cheat by taking free golf and doing it a few days a week.

regardless of your situation, you shouldn't cheat your way around things. but you're gonna keep doing it..so keep on keepin on.

And I have the offer out there about Golf Saturday morning the weekend of 10.11 - 10.14

If you cant afford to play golf, find a cheaper hobby or get a 2nd job until you can afford it. Your last post made it sound as if "it is your right to play golf". Sure it is. It is also your right to have a child you cant afford.

But I for one still think it is wrong that you are trying to get something for nothing. Pay like everyone else has to and if work is getting into the way, then spend more time at home with child and less time on golf course.

And unfortunately you're still stealing...what's worse if you are trying to justify stealing due to your (unfortunate) financial situation.

DJYoshi has made some good points, I suggest you read them carefully.

    • Day 54. Was in a good place last week. Yesterday’s round killed my confidence.  Full swing practice trying to get back to where I was but struggled with being tired and tense. Back to basics tomorrow.
    • Welcome back! Evolvr.com? I don't use the full extreme end of it, and that's probably dipped to 75% or so nowadays. But I use the sole more than I don't, yeah. Also… it's good to learn this shot: Middle up. Not generally outside your feet in either direction. I generally have it slightly forward of center, yeah. Short version: tip your upper body in the direction of the slope. Look at the GC3. You can find them for really good prices sometimes.
    • 3 rainouts in a row….that’s SAD Sorry, I’m in MI or I would take you up on a round.
    • Day 3:  I tried to hit a bucket at the range but an 80 year old man (he told me his age, showed me his knee replacement scars, told me all about his chronic low back pain, etc) couldn’t pass up the opportunity to mansplain to me every little thing I’m doing wrong.  Dude, it’s my third frickin day.  I know I need to twist my hips more, I know I need to keep my head/chest down and not pop up, I know I need to hit through the ball and follow through further, yada yada yada.  I know.  That’s exactly what I’m trying to work on.  How about you tell me or show me how to do those things instead of telling me to watch Iron Byron videos?  Rough day.
    • Day 132: 5/7/24 Full Speed Spectrum Training session 8/24. 7th training program overall.    Another slow session but 4 mph faster than my last session, which was my slowest ever. Going to the doctor on Friday to check on pulled neck muscle.
