I am, but I'm new and haven't really started playing, so I probably won't be much help.

I'm probably going to take a clinic or maybe some lessons with Chuck Will at the Dulles Golf Center.

The site is www.dullesgolfcenter.com

It might be worth checking out.

Olney Golf Park's pro just missed the cut at Oakland Hills and is one of GD's best golf instructors. Not sure where you are--DC's big enough with a lot of suburbs--that Olney could be in your backyard or an hour away.

For a more serious regimen, look into http://clubgolfmd.com/ in Gaithersburg, founded by the guy who started up Titleist Performance Institute.

I've taken lessons from Marty Johnson, the teaching pro at Redgate Golf Course in Rockville. He helped my swing a lot, and he's listed in Golf Digest as among the best instructors in the area. And his prices are pretty reasonable, 40 bucks for a half hour or 200 bucks for 6 half hour lessons.

+1 for Bob Vitti.

He's my HS coach and really turned my swing around this year for the better.
