i would try the e5 or e6's i played with them and love them, they are prolly my third favorite, right behind what i use, Nxt-tour and Prov-1

I wasn't at all impressed with the Bridgestone E5+ (like I said in my updated post) I think I am going to stay away from the Bridgestones (leaving more for you guys who like them) and stick to the TM TPBurner / TM Black and The Callaway WarBirds

I am sure this question has been discussed so much people don't want to talk about it anymore ... but really, I would like to get some ideas what you guys might think.

I've been very happy with Bridgestone e5's. Not to be rude, but with your hc I don't think you will be able to tell the differences between balls. When my hc was 16 I'd buy the lower priced balls b/c I lost so many. Even now I'll play very soft inexpensive balls in the winter b/c of all the plugging.

I switched to cheap Precept laddie x and theyre great balls.

If you just want distance the TOPFLITE FREAKS are awesome, however they will not bite a green to save your life or score. I switched to the CALLAWAY HX HOT BITE and am very pleased with them. They are pretty long and trust me they will bite a green. The other day I hit one from about 70 yards out and it bit the green and stopped within a foot or so. It left a big divot, which I fixed, and even had a chunk of turf stuck to the ball.

Non-competition rounds I use Ram Tours that I bought for $1 NZD (.60 cents US) and are a great cheap option. Competition rounds I use the NXT-tour a nice balance between control and distance. Only problem with playing titliest is everyone else does and I'm always afraid when I miss my fairway someone else will hit my ball even with the markings.

IF your hitting a slight fade with a warbird, then switch to say a B330, the fade will become a fairly big slice. This is what i don't get. The kid on my team that slices like crazy uses a prov for some reason, he's too stupid to get that, the prov is "pronouncing his slice more. I would recommend the Hx hot(non-bite) The bites have durability issues, or the nxt extreme

I have been playing the new Taylormade Burner Ball / not the TP version just the $20 dozen kind and loving them.

They feel good off the irons and seem to reduce some of my sidespin. They also check up a little on green some for a cheaper ball.

Also, I would suggest at finding some more tour quality but second hand balls. I would think those may be better than the warbird.

i would try nxt tour and extremes ad 333 top flite gamer wilson 50/50 and taylormade burner balls the provs arent worth the money
