Anyone have comments on what I should be looking to improve on?

You have a little too much sway in your lower body. On your backswing, your whole body slides a bit backwards. and then you fire your hip out a little early before your club comes upon impact.

It's not too big of an issue, but try and keep that lower body still on your backswing.

I was figuring there was something as to that. I took video from today because I hacked up teh course, shot a 99 in the first day of the club championship and I haven't shot that poorly since I was really little. I was so inconsistant and after looking at video I kind of figured out why I think, I think my backswing is a little bit quicker than what I usually did.

Don't know why but when I'm logged in all I get is a freeze frame but when logged out I get the vid...anyway, I'm sure you can feel the little extra move you make at the top where your head turns, like you are reaching for a little something extra. At that point you are losing your position and reversing a bit (note your upper body and head move towrd the target). Looks like you are straightening your right leg. You recover from this, but that's a lot of energy which could be imparted in the ball and it probably causes loss of power and accuracy. Keep that right knee flexed and kicked in a tad and I think you would be well served to not let your head rotate. Those two adjustments will maybe feel a bit restrictive but you will make a much smoother transition and create more lag.

    • Imma throw a dart in the dark as no one can tell what is happening once every fourth iron shot per your OP. This might sound counterintuitive but if ball position is too far back in the stance folks are known to throw down clubhead steeply. Could be happening. And yes, @billchaois not wrong; clubhead tends to bottom out wherever your pressure is. So slide forward (not sway), then hit.
    • Day 300 (!): did a stack session. 
    • Day 24: Missed my weekly round due to a last minute little league makeup game this morning. Managed to get in some backswing rehearsals while grilling sausages for dinner, and then putted around the office/laundry room after dinner.
    • but I don't understand how that's possible you still want your head to stay back you don't want the upper body coming forward and plus I've tried feeling that and it made my fat shots worse and I then tend to pull and sky all my shots especially with driver because I get in front of it dont need force plates to see i finish on my left side
