i have a friend thats like that and takes forever i just say HURRY THE **** UP TIGER! lol and laugh about it so he thinks im just kidding around but im really not lol, but he does end up speeding up but not getting pissy about it

I always keep it as "we" thing, such as "hey guys, WE have to pick it up because we're falling behind." Then, I do things like "hey, why don't you two guys go tee off?" to help speed things up.
