Yes, UPS is terrible with golf clubs. They've gotten me 3 or 4 times. Another word for the wise.....If this ever happens, and the purchase was through tgw.com: Don't bother going through the replacement process. Unless you want to wait 2 months, and log 4 or 5 hours total on hold trying to talk to a rep on 5 seperate occasions. That was a lesson learned. My experience has been that the Postal Service is top notch. But, you can't choose the shipper on most occasions.

They, UPS, have put packages on the ground in the rain and snow by my garage door instead of walkin another 15 ft. left to put them on my porch under cover more than 1nce which is too much. They are supposed to at least bag things if the weather dictates. I never use UPS to ship because of their lack of caring for other peoples property and flat out laziness! I always ship USPS Priorety or for iron sets Fed Ex without incident. I am venting and appreciate those who understand. I have friends who work/worked for UPS and have told me that people would CRINGE if they saw how packages were sorted and handled. I know from what I've experienced 1st hand.

Oh, the seller gave me a full refund yesterday. UPS said Friday they were trying now to find the package. The same driver picked it up about an hour after he dropped it off. They also said they were gonna ship it back to me when and if they "come across it"

My experience with TGW is very different.

I had a damaged delivery...called up TGW...and a replacement was shipped to me with 'NEXT DAY delivery' with no additional charge. Now...that is what I say is great service. I once had a 'mispick' of where they accidently didn't include a divot tool in the shipment. What did TGW do....they shipped a divot tool 'next day' delivery. A small little divot tool they went ahead and shipped express. What I like about TGW the best is that clubs are totally unhit. Unlike buying at retail stores where they are hit...TGW sends out stuff still with wraps on the grips and original packing still on the club.
