So all I'm really asking for is a frogger towel, because I have no clue what I even want. Ideas on what other golfers are asking for? I was thinking about grips, but still ideas would help a lottt. Thanks!

I hate to say it but money is the best gift for golfers. Golfers, at least I am always thinking about the next golf items my bag needs.

I received a wonderful gift certificate for $200 to a nice restaurant from a clients. It crossed my mind what I could of used the $200 towards, such as a new driver, but quickly changed my thought pattern and was thankful for the kindness of my clients to even think about giving me such a nice unexpected gift that my family can enjoy with possible another family.

Give money, it easy for both parties and uses less of your time and gasoline.

Those are my teams varsity bags, if you get what I mean. I didn't play good last year, so I'm hoping I do next year, so that I can get one.

Gotcha. As far as gifts you can ask for. Maybe since you want to get better for next year, a set of lessons. Also, you can never have too many balls.

Yeah, I probably will ask for those, but it's funny because my brother has a house off the 18th fairway at a country club, so he just gave me like 60 balls from his bag, with a majority of pro-vs. hah, I was thinking about asking for irons, i don't like how high mine are going, they seems to be scrubbing distance and control, I might ask for them.

    • Day 159 1-19 Flow drill while attempting to add arch in wrist on downswing. Not where it needs to be but felt good working on swing flow.
    • Day 1 (19 Jan 26) - after a week lay-off due to travels, felt great to get in some drills in the backyard today.  Started with lead arm only short pitches focused on squared face and light divot post ball.  Haven’t done this in a while and it showed, with some skulls and slices.  Settled into easy flighted balls - wrapped up with standard two handed swings.  Good restart to the daily drills.
    • That depends what you do within those two.  Are they your only options?   Check out Fit for Golf if you get a moment.  It's linked on the sidebar;  I did it for two years, stopped for a really bad reason, and I plan to get back to it soon.   Mike Carroll also has a great free podcast about a lot of topics in golf fitness.
    • Day 19, 1/19.  Finished work in time to spend 25 minutes hitting balls (hit 15) indoors, off a mat, into the net.  Usual focus.
    • Day 30 - 2026-01-19 Got 10 minutes in on the mat / net working on exagerrating movements I'm working on. And grip. Also worked with my friendly AI to summarize key negative tendencies I have so that I can build a personal checklist to follow. Will do more mirror work tonight.
