I have heard the boxer was a very good hybrid however I have never used them.
As for the Nickent 3DX I have 2 ironwoods 1 is a #2 17* 3DX GenX which is an older version. It is a reg shaft and the shaft is made by UST. It is my best club in my bag. I have been tempting to buy a newer version but I wonder why.

I just bought a 3DX #5 26* with a UST V2. I only played one round with it and maybe with 4 or 5 balls with it. So far I really like it. I am not a big swinger so I got reg flex shafts in both. My next will be a 3DX #3 then a 3DX #4. I like the Nickent because they are good quality clubs and you can get them on ebay at a very good price.

I play the 3,4,5 hybrid irons of the A3, not the A3OS. However, I love the clubs and the are great for shots over 170. SOOO forgiving it's crazy. Like yesterday I was 175 out and hit the 5 hybrid(25*) and hit it WAY off the toe. Never saw the ball until it gently fell onto the green just 15 feet from the hole. Amazing club(s)

I play the Nickent 3DX Ironwood 2 and 4 hybrids. Absolutely love them. They are forgiving on off center hits. One of the straightest clubs in my bag. I will say if your looking for height they may not be the club for you, I do have a low flying ball normally though.

I play 2 Nickent 3dx's......a 3 and a 4. Both with Aldila shafts. I finally broke down and pulled my 2 iron and 4 iron earlier this year. I still keep the 3 iron as it gives me some flighting options that the hybrids don't and I find it easier to work if need be, but the 3dx's are so good that they oughta be illegal!

BTW......I was at a charity event when I was considering the change and was talking to Rocco Mediate and Frank Nobilo about it.....they both recommended the 3dx's. Who was I to argue?!

In David's bag....

Driver: Titleist 910 D-3;  9.5* Diamana Kai'li

Hybrids: Titleist 910H 19* and 21* Diamana Kai'li

Wedges: Scratch 51-11 TNC grind, Vokey SM-5's;  56-14 F grind and 60-11 K grind
