Rafi's solution (he should post here) involved getting his hands higher or something. There was probably more to it than that, but that's part of it.

I did post it :

...I think the biggest difference in "current vs. desired" swing was that my arms were too close to my big belly at the setup, they had to go out a bit during the downswing.....

as far "there is more to that" - indeed - I was told to de-flaten my backswing and make the plane more upright.
