What are some of the most memorable quotes/speeches you have heard, ones that stay with you your entire life?

One of my favorites is from Carl Sagan:

I've always liked Churchill too. As a former Marine who's been on both sides of the gun barrel, I've always appreciated "There's nothing quite so exhilarating as having been shot at, and missed!"
