I'll be in the Orlando area to catch some of the Braves Spring Training games. Any good recommendations for nice affordable golf ($60-75) in the area?

Thanks

Hey, when you going? I'm heading down and will be there from 3/07-3/13, staying at Lake Buena Vista Village Resort and Spa. I'm hookin up with some other guys I met on FGI forum and playing. We played a place called Orlando Lakes or Lake Orlando last year and I think it was like $25 for 18 and cart and another $10 for replay. It's much cheaper during the week and I'm not into $75-$100 rounds of golf.

It's nothing real fancy, but $35 for 36 holes, you can't beat it.

Here's a link: http://www.golflakeorlando.com/

It says it's $30 now with a $10 replay, I'd swear it was $35 this time last year.

If youre going to be mostly in the orlando area i would recommend Hunters Creek (about 45 bucks) and Royal St Cloud (about 50 bucks) Of my week playing in central flordia, those where the two courses I enjoyed the most. Even more than the celebration course, which everyone raves about.

Orange County National is the best place under $100 in the Orlando area. Play there if at all possible. They should have last minute rates around $75. The owner of my home course owns Lake Orlando GC. If you play there say hello to Mr Chen.
