I currently only carry 2 wedges and i think i want to stay that way if i replace them. I have a 48 degree pitching wedge and a 56 degree sandwedge. If i was too replace i would get a 56 for sure but the wedges i am looking at only go to 52*. Do you think if i replace the 48 with the 52 it will present a big problem in my game because i no longer have a club around the 100 yard mark because my 48* with a soft swing is perfect for this.

I would not replace the 48, I would add the 52. In general, there should be a 4 degree gap between your wedges. That has been my experience.

      Ah.. my regular weekend league. Lol Scrambles are fine. Usually there's charity involved. So there's that. There are much worse events Im forced to attend twice a year.

      I enjoyed the A-B-C-D scramble we did at Kittyhawk before it shut down. Yes. The point was to meet the other members and get the season kicked off. Nobody took it too seriously. At least with that group, cheating wasn't a big issue.  As the D part of A-B-C-D, I enjoyed getting to play with one of the Association's top players. One year I played with the city champ. Man could he hit a ball.  It probably isn't something I'd want to do more than once a year, but it has its place.
