Not sure if you guys heard, but a recent playoff loser on the LPGA tour made a huge mistake.

She was exempt into the Women's U.S. Open and all she had to do was turn in her appliaction...guess what...she didn't email her appliaction in...now she has to win a tournament to get in and get an opportunity at the major.

Should she be allowed to get in still or should she not be allowed unless she wins that tournament?

Her best shot was last week where she lost ont he 4th playoff hole.

Sucks to be her i guess right now.

Rules is rules. They let you send in your application even if you aren't currently qualified (it just gets rejected later on), so she could have sent it in a loooong time ago.

I'm with Eric. If you can't be bothered to send in the application to one of the biggest tournaments of the year, maybe you don't deserve to be there.

How could someone who puts so much time in practicing and such, forget to do something so simple that would get her in a tournament. Unbelievable
