I've heard that singing, or even humming, can help with your swing. What about listening to music?

Do they work? What exactly are these supposed to help?

Some people use humming/singing to help with tempo ie. if you hum while you make a swing the tone should stay the same throughout the swing. As for listening to music I have had people tell me that it helps them stay present and not "think" too much. Whatever works, I'm sure there are much stranger things that people do to

help with their game. Good luck
