The Players on Saturday

Went to the Players yesterday. It was $%*ing hot!!!! Sat out on 17 and it was relatively empty and you could get a great view from anywhere. We ended up in the Benefactors indoor bar above 17 for most of the afternoon. Drank too much but had fun and got some sun.

I really wish they would move it back to March. I can deal with rain and cold but not the extreme heat.

I know quite a few players, especially the slightly more "grizzled" veterans (Read: old farts) that prefer to play in blazing hot weather.

I, being an old fart myself at 35, (snicker) have learned to enjoy the hot Florida summers because it keeps the muscles loose and the ball flies further!
